LANDLORDS

Extensive research over many years has shown that residential property is one of the best performing investments over the medium to long term, giving a good yield when bank rates are low and the potential for good capital gains, when interest rates are high.

Managing this very important asset, to realise its full income potential, is a full time job, even for an experienced property manager.

The dedicated property professionals, at Kessel laird, specialise in providing the attention to detail that has been the key to our success for over 20 years.

We act for both national and internationally based landlords, providing the good solid stewardship, over the decades, that has helped them establish solid property holdings.

If you are thinking of buying a property to let, then please contact us. We will be happy to visit the property with you, to make a rental appraisal and advise you on its suitability as an investment property. If we think that it is not suitable, or you would be paying too much for it, then we will tell you. After all, although it may look good on paper, you do not want to buy a headache and we certainly do not want to manage one. If it looks too good to be true, then it probably is, but this may not be immediately apparent.

Our approach to property management is one of prevention rather than cure. To be perfectly frank we are quite jealous of our time and prefer to use our experience to avoid problems on your behalf, rather than running around solving problems that should have been avoided in the first place.

There are risks involved with all investments and anyone who pretends that there are none, is being less than frank. The benefits derived from a correctly managed, well balanced property portfolio, will last a lifetime and should form an important part of your overall financial planning.

When considering the many options open to you, whether you are an experienced landlord who is now looking to share the load, or someone considering property investment for the future, let Kessel Laird give you the freedom to get on with the more enjoyable things in your life, while we do what we have been designed to do, generate income for you and your family.
